Returns & Refunds Policy

At Four Hounds & Co., we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within [ 5-10 business days].

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or faulty item).

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Faulty or Damaged Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please email us within [7 days] of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.

  • We will arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following cannot be returned or refunded:
