How long will my order take to arrive?

Can I return or exchange an item?
We want you (and your hound!) to love your purchase. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition.
What if my item is faulty?
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please reach out to us right away with photos and we’ll sort it out quickly for you.
Do you offer custom sizing or special orders?
At the moment, our pieces are available in standard sizes. However, we’re always working on expanding our range. If you’d like to see something in particular, let us know—we love feedback from our community!
How do I care for my Four Hounds & Co. pieces?
We recommend gentle, cold machine washing and air drying to keep everything looking its best. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
